Hello everyone (as) in this first installment of "Menu to Fall In Love" , I present an entry with a combination of rice and vegetables, very easy to prepare.

Ingredients for 6 people
- 300 grs. long grain rice
- 200 grs. spinach leaves
- 6 slices of ham cooked
- 3 stalks scallions
- 1 can corn 3
- canned peppers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil 2
- tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- basil white pepper
Cook rice in salted water 15 to 18 minutes (must be al dente). Remove stems from spinach and blanch for 1 minute in boiling water refresh in cold water, drain and place on absorbent paper.
Chop the ham, drained corn and peppers, cut into pieces slightly pequeños.Engrasar 6 individual ramekins and line them with leaves espinacas.Calentar the oil and fry the finely chopped onion, do not let color.Agregar take rice, ham, corn and this preparation pimientos.Agregar julienne basil, salt and pepper and mix well.
Fill the molds with the mixture of arroz.Cocinar a water bath in a preheated oven at 180 º C for 20 to 25 minutos.Retirar of oven, let cool and serve.
Combine mayonnaise with lemon juice and serve with the molds.
