- 4 medallones de carne de ternera desgrasados
- 1/2 taza de champiñones
- 1/2 taza de vino blanco
- 4 cucharadas de jugo de limón
- 1 cucharada de mantequilla
- 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva

In a hot skillet, add olive oil and butter, fry the medallions on both sides, for 4 minutes, remove and reserve, in the same pan add mushrooms, and sauté for 2 minutes, add wine and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to taste, simmer for five minutes, add the medallions again, and cook for 10 minutes.
After the cooking time remove from heat and serve it with rice, vegetables or a green salad.
