What is "Bruschetta"? Bavaroise


Hello everyone (as) in this note I want to tell about the term bruschetta the which is of Italian origin to mention the most popular and traditional antipasti of Italy, the bruschetta consists of two slices of toast, covered with a mixture of tomatoes, garlic and onions, sprinkled with a little olive oil, salt and oregano.

The bruschetta may vary ingredients according to the imagination of those who prepared the traditional bruschetta usually takes, tomato, vegetables and cheese.


Another interesting fact about bruschetta is generally be prepared in a special furnace called brustolina, ofcourse is widely used in their country of origin.

A bruschetta especially for these holidays, and follow a wave of a healthy lunch, a bruschetta is made with vegetables like zucchini, garlic, mushrooms, peppers, basil or cilantro, and of course always at the end season with a little salt and olive oil.
